What we collect
When you register we collect your name, date of birth, gender, nationality, contact details, emergency contact, t-shirt size, club, and — for virtual entries — a delivery address. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
How we use it
Registration data is used to administer the event: assigning bibs, timing, safety on course, delivering race packs, and sending you essential event communications. Emergency contact details are used only in a medical or safety situation.
Results & profiles
Finish results (name, bib, category, time) are published as part of the official results. Runner profiles that aggregate your race history are created only if you opt in, and can be made private on request.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the event — the timing partner, medical team, and payment/email providers — and never sell it.
Retention & rights
Registration data is retained for future editions unless you ask us to delete it. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting the organizers.
