Terms of Registration
Entries
Registration is complete only when payment has been received and confirmed. Individual entries are confirmed instantly on successful payment; corporate entries are confirmed once the invoice has been settled by bank transfer and verified by the organizers.
Refunds & transfers
Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entries cannot be deferred to a future edition unless the event itself is cancelled or postponed by the organizers.
Age requirements
Participants in the 42km Full Marathon and 21km Half Marathon must be at least 18 years old on race day. Age is calculated from the date of birth provided at registration.
Race rules
All participants must comply with event rules including bib display, the no-headphones policy, the hydration pack limit, and the course time limit of 6 hours 15 minutes. The organizers may disqualify participants who breach these rules.
Waiver
All participants (or their guardians) must accept the Waiver & Release of Liability during registration. The accepted version and timestamp are recorded.
Data
Personal data collected at registration is used for event administration, safety, results publication and — where opted in — runner profiles. See the Privacy Policy.
Event changes
The organizers reserve the right to alter the course, schedule or format for safety or operational reasons, or to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control.
