Lusaka Marathon Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for the Lusaka Marathon, I declare that I am physically fit and have trained sufficiently to participate in my chosen race category. I understand that participation involves inherent risks including injury, illness, and adverse weather conditions.

I hereby release the Lusaka Marathon organizers, Zambia Athletics, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and the City of Lusaka from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation.

I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary should I become unable to make decisions during the event. I agree to abide by all event rules, including the course time limit, the no-headphones policy, and the prohibited items list.

I grant permission for the use of photographs and video taken of me during the event for promotional purposes.
